Bell tents at Hunters Lodge Fishery in Elsham, North Lincolnshire, next to three specimen carp lakes holding fish over 30lb and a silver fish lake. Night fishing is allowed on every lake and there is a tackle shop and café on site.

For carp anglers who don't need a lodge: specimen lakes, night fishing and a bell tent. Three specimen carp lakes, Willows, Kestrel and Kingfisher, hold fish over 30lb, with a 32lb 9oz record on Kestrel, and night fishing is allowed on all four lakes. The accommodation is bell tents with proper beds, not lodges, with a shower block a short walk away. It suits carp anglers who want to fish long sessions and keep costs down.
Pre-book your lake
Willows, Kestrel and Kingfisher are booked online through LakeBookings, with a maximum of six anglers on a lake at a time.

The bell tents come set up before you arrive: Lumiere and Cogsworth sleep four in a double and two singles, and Philippe sleeps six in three doubles. A newly fitted shower and toilet block is about five minutes' walk away, with another toilet near the tents and a washing up area. The minimum stay is two nights.
Night fishing is allowed on all four lakes.
