What a Stay at Willow Lakes Is Like
Willow Lakes is at Ashby Hill Top Farm on Barton Street, Ashby cum Fenby, on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds near Grimsby. The 44 acre park is open all year and also sells holiday homes.
Log cabins sleep four in two bedrooms or six in three, with hot tubs on lakeside decks. Luxury lodges have two or three bedrooms and private hot tubs, and the adult only Deluxe Lodges, Kite and Woodpecker, add underfloor heating and private fishing pegs over a two acre lake. Dogs are accepted in Swan, Swift and Teal lodges and Cottages 1 and 2, up to two per unit. The Landmark Cafe and Restaurant is licensed and has an outdoor terrace.
Fishing is available to all guests and included with the cabins and lodges. The park says its lakes hold roach, chub, rudd, tench and carp up to 20lb. Access is generally good, but some banks are steep. Up to 20 horses are also kept on the park.
