An eight acre, two island lake of old English carp, kept for lodge guests.
The carp lake is the unusual part. It is eight acres with two islands and a naturally stocked population of old English carp, which the venue describes as the only one of its kind in the UK. Only lodge guests fish it, from designated banks, and the estate does not keep tackle for hire, so it is for anglers who bring their own carp kit.
Cabin Adventures' earlier review of Brayton Park, written by the site's previous owner, covers a fishing stay here in more detail.
