Grade II listed barn conversion, fishing rights on both rivers directly outside the cottage. Adjacent to 15th-century St Peter's Church.

Single-storey, ground floor accommodation. Private mooring and fishing rights at the bottom of a separate riverside garden section.

CORRECTION: this venue is actually Stretton Lakes in Clipsham, Rutland - not Wrangle, Lincolnshire as currently listed. 120-acre site, 100 acres of ancient woodland (Stretton Wood) alongside the lakes. Fishing free and included for lodge and touring guests.

Mill Farm Leisure

Confirmed adults-only since June 2025 (no children permitted) - update site copy if it still implies family-friendly. Award-winning, on-site takeaway delivers to lodges.

Fishing is charged extra even for lodge guests, around GBP 8/day. Hot tubs not usable after 10pm (noise rules) and under-10s not permitted in the hot tub.

Reserved pool directly in front of the cottage; the rest of the 2.75-mile stretch is shared with the 59 Fly-Fishing Club. Season April 1 to early October.

250-year-old former ferryman's cottage, 70m of private fishing and mooring rights, own jetty. Season closed 16 March-16 June (UK-wide rule).
