A quiet farm cottage with a lake to fish, not a specimen water. White Lion Farm is two small cottages and some little carp lakes on a farm near Lewes. It suits a couple wanting gentle fishing within reach of Glyndebourne and the South Downs.
Ask about the lakes when you book
The cottages' own pages disagree on whether there are one or two lakes, and give no rules or stock detail, so ask the owner what to bring.
