There is a village green with a fire pit, The Haven event space for up to 30, and bar and catering services, which is why it is often booked for weddings, anniversaries and large family gatherings. Dog-friendly cottages are available, two cottages have their own hot tubs and the rest can have one arranged.
Guests have exclusive rights to fish the lake during their stay. It was stocked with tench, carp, crucian carp, bream and chub in autumn 2016, all fish are returned, and you bring your own equipment and a rod licence.
