What a Stay at Mill Meadow Lodges Is Like
Mill Meadow is on Parsonage Lane at Kingston St Mary, at the foot of the Quantock Hills near Taunton. It is a gated, family run site of award winning eco lodges and cottages, including Goldcrest, Kingfisher, Woodpecker and Flycatcher, sleeping from two to eight, and the whole site takes large groups.
The lodges and cottages have hot tubs, and dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead.
The private lake is for resident guests only and fishing is free. It holds tench, rudd, roach, silver bream, chub, common, mirror and grass carp, perch, gudgeon and eels, with carp and chub from 5 to 20lb. Fishing is from the platforms only, with barbless hooks, up to three rods with a valid licence, and night fishing by prior arrangement.
