There are three lakes. Lake 1 is just over an acre, long and thin with staggered pegs on both sides. Lake 2 is the largest at just over two and a half acres with a central island, holding tench to 4lb 4oz, ghost carp to 9lb, rudd, roach, perch, barbel and small chub. Lake 3 is round, just over an acre, with an island and depths to 12 feet. All three are stocked with carp to 27lb 8oz and bream to 12lb 4oz, and the wooden platforms and flat banks make them suitable for anglers with disabilities.
