Single-storey, ground floor accommodation. Private mooring and fishing rights at the bottom of a separate riverside garden section.
Quarter-mile private fishing beat exclusive to guests (and nearby Ship Inn patrons at GBP 20/guest/week). Each property has a lockable shed and bait fridge.

Confirmed as one site - accommodation is a mix of purpose-built lodges and privately-owned caravans that individual owners rent out, which is why search results showed varying descriptions/amenities. Treat as one listing but note the accommodation mix when describing it.
Under new management since 2021. Most lodges lakeside with an allocated swim; 3 further lakes reachable on foot or by car.

Confirmed via operator: lakes not actively stocked, but brown/rainbow trout present from nearby fisheries. Guests may fish both lakes 10am-6pm, 8/9lb line, barbless hooks only, strict catch and release. Fishing is a bonus feature, not the main draw - reviews are mixed on lodge maintenance.

CORRECTION: located in Suffolk (Waveney Valley, Homersfield village), not Norfolk as currently listed - it's right on the Norfolk/Suffolk border so easy to mix up. Fishing for 2 named guests max, 2 rods each; lake closed to fishing for 4 weeks in May/June for spawning.

CORRECTION: this venue is actually Stretton Lakes in Clipsham, Rutland - not Wrangle, Lincolnshire as currently listed. 120-acre site, 100 acres of ancient woodland (Stretton Wood) alongside the lakes. Fishing free and included for lodge and touring guests.
